1. Information We Collect

Short version: we collect what we need to make and ship your puzzle, we keep your photos for no more than 30 days after your order ships, and we never sell your data. Full details below.

When you use Our Love Puzzle, we collect the following information:

• Photos you upload: We temporarily store photos you upload to create your puzzle. These are deleted within 30 days of order completion.
• Order information: Name, email, shipping address, and payment details necessary to fulfill your order.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics about how you use our website to improve our service.
• Marketing attribution: When you arrive from a campaign link, we store a small marketing tag in your browser for up to 30 days so we can understand which channels are working. It is not tied to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and deliver your custom puzzle
• To process payments securely through Stripe
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates
• To respond to customer support inquiries
• To improve our products and services

3. Photo Privacy

We take your photo privacy seriously:

• Your photos are encrypted during upload and storage
• We never share your photos with third parties except our print partner for production
• Photos are automatically deleted 30 days after order completion
• You can request immediate deletion of your photos at any time
• Photos containing children's likenesses are handled identically to all other uploads — same 30-day deletion, same no-advertising-and-no-authorized-training policy
• Our cloud provider retains technical security logs (access timestamps, IP addresses) for up to 400 days as required by Google Cloud; these logs do not contain your photo content. Email privacy@ourlovepuzzle.com for details.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing
• Google Cloud: For secure file storage
• Klaviyo: For email order confirmations and updates
• Google Vertex AI / Gemini: AI image processing to generate your puzzle artwork from your uploaded photo
• Quantum Graphics: Our print partner for puzzle production

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications

6. Children's Data

Our Love Puzzle is a general-audience product, not directed at children under 13. Many puzzles do include photos of children. That's part of what makes them meaningful. When you upload a photo that includes a minor, you confirm at checkout that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to us using that photo to make your puzzle. We delete uploaded photos within 30 days of order completion, never sell them, and never share them with anyone outside the service providers needed to make and ship your puzzle. To request immediate deletion at any time, email privacy@ourlovepuzzle.com.

Your photos are processed through Google's Vertex AI / Gemini service to generate your puzzle artwork. Per Google's Vertex AI customer data policy, this processing does not train Google's foundation models, and we don't authorize their use to train any third-party model.
